All transfers are one-way unless otherwise specified and include the services of an English, Spanish, or German speaking guide, assistance at airports and hotels and porterage of two pieces of luggage per person.
All tour rates include the services of a well-trained and Tourism Authority of Thailand licensed English, Spanish, or German speaking guides.
Arlymear Travel ensures to provide quality air-conditioned vehicles whether they be sedans, mini-busses or motor coaches, at all times (unless specified otherwise).
Airport departure taxes are not included in our quotations unless specifically requested by you.
All prices quoted are in local currency and inclusive of the current government VAT, unless stated otherwise. Special rates for multiple series or groups can be negotiated.
Normally, one free tour escort is allowed for each 15 fully paying members of a tour group with the possible exception of meals. Hotel concessions vary but usually, one bed on a complimentary basis is provided for each 15 paying group members – although some hotels now base these free accommodations for tour escorts on 10 or 15 paying rooms rather than passengers.
All rates quoted are net-non commissionable. You must add your own mark-up before giving quotations to your Clients. In the event you wish Arlymear Travel to protect commission for you on optional tours sold directly to your Clients after their arrival in Thailand, you must advised us in advance when confirming the required services for your clients.
Payment in full for all services must be received prior to the arrival of the Clients at the first stop of their itinerary. Payment can be in local currency or convertible foreign funds by cheque, or draft, or by bank transfer to:

However, no responsibility can be accepted for accidents, delays or additional costs beyond our (or our sub-agents) control. You should urge your clients to obtain travel insurance since compensation laws vary considerably from country to country. Travel insurance can be obtained for your clients through Arlymear Travel at an additional cost.
Cancellations & No Shows
The agent must notify the tour operator of cancellations and reductions as early as possible. Every hotel will have a different policy but the following general rule can be applied as an approximate guideline.
Period & Minimum Notice
01 May – 31 Oct – Not less than 3 days prior arrival
01 Nov – 19 Dec & 11 Jan – 30 Apr – Not less than 21 days prior to arrival
20 Dec – 10 Jan – Not less than 45 days prior to arrival
If reservation are cancelled or reduced by shorter than the required minimum notice period, a late cancellation / no-show fee equivalent to the rate quoted of the following applies;

In case of early departure the agent the will be charged the entire reserved stay.
Remember to consider weekends and public holidays.
If it is necessary for you to cancel arrangements, the only charges will be those incurred by Arlymear Travel or its agents, plus any related expenses such as communication costs, and out-of-pocket expenditures (which are normally covered by our quotations).
