CONFIRMATION

Arlymear Travel Co., Ltd. will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation with quotations within 24 hours upon receipt of your email or fax (with the exception of Weekends & Public Holidays).

RATES

All prices are quoted in local currency and inclusive of the current government VAT, unless stated otherwise. Special rates for multiple series or groups can be negotiated.

ESCORTS

Normally, one free tour escort is allowed for each 15 fully paying members of a tour group with the possible exception of meals. Hotel concessions vary but usually, one bed on a complimentary basis is provided for each 15 paying group members although some hotels now base these free accommodations for tour escorts on 10 or 15 paying rooms rather than passengers.

COMMISSIONS

All rates quoted are net-non commission-able. You must add your own mark-up before giving quotations to your Clients. In the event you wish Arlymear Travel to protect commission for you on optional tours sold directly to your Clients after their arrival in Thailand, you must advised us in advance when confirming the required services for your clients.

TRANSFERS

All transfers are one-way unless otherwise specified and include the services of an English, Spanish, or German speaking guide, assistance at airports and hotels and porterage of two pieces of luggage per person.

TOUR GUIDES

All tour rates include the services of a well-trained and Tourism Authority of Thailand licensed English, Spanish, or German speaking guides.

TRANSPORTATION

Arlymear Travel ensures to provide quality air-conditioned vehicles whether they be sedans, mini-buses or motor coaches, at all times (unless specified otherwise).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

Check In/Out Time is determined by individual hotel's policy. Generally, the check-in time is from 14:00hrs onwards and check-out time is at 12-noon. The Agent understands that hotels reserve the right to charge extra fees if the Agent requests for travelers to stay longer than the hotel's check-in and check-out times.

CHILD POLICY

Hotels apply their own individual policies for children. Typically, but not always, one child (age 2-12) is allowed to stay free of charge with full-paying adults when using existing bedding. Meal costs for children are often discounted from the adult price and are payable directly to the hotel. Maximum room occupancy is subject to hotel policy. The exact Family/ Children Policy is stated by individual hotels.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra beds for a 3rd person sharing a room are usually of a roll-away type, which in some hotels may mean less space in the guest room. Maximum occupancy of most rooms is three adults, unless specified such as family rooms or suites. Some hotels may not allow extra bed and only allow two adults per room.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

Arlymear Travel Co., Ltd. and third party providers do not warrant the completeness or availability for a particular purpose of any of the content or data found on our website (www.arlymear.com and or www.arlymear.net).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Arlymear Travel Co., Ltd. or third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein. The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.

INDEMNIFICATION

You shall defend and indemnify Arlymear Travel Co., Ltd. and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of our services.

RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between Arlymear Travel Co., Ltd. and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.

PAYMENT

Payment in full for all services must be received prior to the arrival of the Clients at the first stop of their itinerary. Payment can be in local currency or convertible foreign funds by cheque, or draft, or by bank transfer to:

CANCELLATION & NON ARRIVAL POLICY

If you cancel the reservation, once we have confirmed availability and received advance payment, you will be charged 5% bank processing fee plus an additional charge as follows: - If we receive cancellation in writing by email or fax less than 2 months but more than 14 working days before arrival a further charge of 10% will be made. - In the event of cancellation less than 14 working days the advance payment of 30% will be forfeited. - For some tours we have to apply a slightly different policy and in this case the terms will be clearly advised to you on the booking confirmation.

REFUNDS

If it is necessary for you to cancel arrangements, the only charges will be those incurred by Arlymear Travel or its agents, plus any related expenses such as communication costs, and out-of-pocket expenditures (which are normally covered by our quotations).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to individual reservations and services, and you agree to abide by such terms and conditions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing.

RESPONSIBILITY

Arlymear Travel Company, Ltd. acts only in the capacity of an agent. Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your Clients. However, no responsibility can be accepted for accidents, delays or additional cost beyond our (or our sub-agents') control. Arlymear Travel insures all your clients when travelling on one of our tours, however you should urge your clients to obtain travel insurance since compensation laws vary considerably from country to country.
