Koh Samui

A Day Fishing

After pick up from your hotel, we transfer you to Bophut pier to board your authentic Thai-fishing boat. Your friendly fishermen know best, where the good spots are and where you may catch barracuda, white and red snapper, shark, mackerel, grouper or sting ray. Your fishing gear includes rods & trawling lines, fresh bait & lures. Depending on weather conditions, the captain will decide, where to fish. We will stop at one of Koh Pha Ngan bays and have delicious buffet lunch. There is also the opportunity to cook the freshly-caught fish, the way you like it best.

Angthong Marine National Park by Speedboat

Samui is not only an island, but also part of the Samui archipelago. Part of it is the Angthong Marine Park,  which consists of over 42 islands with sandy beaches, limestone rocks and hidden lagoons- a scenery that inspired Alex Garland’s novel “The Beach”. Enjoy snorkeling and/ or kayaking at Koh Wao. Admire the emerald green salt lake at Koh Mae (Mother Island). Climb up to the 250 meter high view point at Koh Wua Talap (Island of the sleeping cow) and enjoy the view around. Lunch is served on board the boat.  Relax time with more time for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in this mystical island world.

Around Island

After we pick you up from your hotel, our first stop will be the temple of the Big Buddha (Wat Phra Yai). The 12 meter tall sitting Buddha is the most prominent landmark of Samui Island. After this, we will take you to Ladd Koh view point. Enjoy the view of Chaweng’s long stretched beach from this nice look- out. Another famous sight on the island are Hin Ta & Hin Yai (Grandfather- & Grandmother Rock). Here you can imagine that Mother Nature may actually have a sense of humor, sculpting two rocks, close to each other in exactly THIS shape… More fun is on the way, when we visit a Monkey School, where monkeys are trained to pick coconuts from the thousands of palm trees. At the temple Wat Kunaram you will see the mummified body of a highly revered monk, that remained in a pose of meditation since his death, almost 20 years ago.  Next stop is at Na Muang Waterfall, where you can have a refreshing bath, if the time of season allows it. Last but not least, take a shopping- stroll through Nathon, the islands capitol, before returning to your resort.
